The A&B Effect was founded by
Adonis & Bronson,
two visionaries with over 30 years of experience
in the hospitality industry combined.From managing iconic venues to creating innovative bar concepts, our journey is rooted in resilience, passion, & a drive to inspire others.We’re here to redefine hospitality
through impactful leadership,
thoughtful design, and exceptional service.
What began as a friendship in 2011 has evolved into a partnership between
two highly driven individuals determined to leave a lasting impact
—not just on Houston’s hospitality industry, but across the country and beyond.Our journey started at Pub Fiction, a cornerstone of Midtown’s entertainment scene,
where two ambitious professionals with only a few years of experience crossed paths
& quickly realized we shared a bold vision for the future.After years of honing our skills and pursuing individual paths in the industry,
the dream to create something together never wavered.
That vision became a reality when an opportunity arose to take over
a venue in the very building where it all began.Staying true to the process, we’ve built a partnership rooted in passion, purpose,
